Can I pickup my order in Elora?
We offer porch pickup in Elora. You can select "local pickup" when you checkout. We will email you when your order is ready.
Can I visit your store?
We do not have a retail space for customers to visit, but we do offer local porch pickup in Elora.
Can I return my order if I don't like it?
Since all off our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If an item is delivered with damage, send us a photo of the damage within 3 days of receiving your product and we will be happy to send a replacement product.
Do you offer custom engraving or laser cutting?
We can often accommodate custom designs. If you can, share a photo of something similar to what you are thinking of. This will help us know whether your project is something we can make. Custom orders will be subject to an additional design fee.
How long until my order is ready to ship or be picked up?
We will aim to have your order ready in two weeks. Smaller items are often less than two weeks, while larger items can sometimes take a bit longer. If you have a specific date you need your order for, please contact us before placing it.
Do you engrave Yeti Tumblers?
We can engrave Yeti tumblers, but there is a small catch. Yeti doesn’t appreciate anyone else engraving their products. Because of this, engravings by anyone other than Yeti will void your manufacturers warranty. If you would still like to proceed, we can help with that.
Can you cut or engrave metal?
We are unable to cut or engrave metal. We are able to engrave coated metals such as powder coated stainless steel and anodized aluminum.
