Can I pickup my order in Elora?
Get your goodies with our porch pickup in Elora. Simply choose the 'local pickup' option at checkout, and we'll shoot you an email when your order is ready!.
Can I visit your store?
We are a home based business and don't have a retail space for customers to visit, but we do offer local porch pickup in Elora.
Can I return my order if I don't like it?
Since all off our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If an item is delivered with damage, send us a photo of the damage within 5 days of receiving your product and we will be happy to send a replacement product.
Do you offer custom engraving or laser cutting?
We can often accommodate custom designs. If you can, share a photo of something similar to what you are thinking of. This will help us know whether your project is something we can make. Custom orders will be subject to an additional design fee.
How long until my order is ready to ship or be picked up?
We will always to our best to have your order ready in 4-7 business days. Sometimes things get really busy and it may take a few extra days to have things ready. If you have a specific date you need your order for, please contact us before placing it.
Do you engrave Yeti Tumblers?
We've got you covered for engraving Yeti tumblers! Do you already have one or do we need to fetch some for you? Let's connect and work out the nitty-gritty.
Can you cut or engrave metal?
We are unable to cut or engrave metal. We are able to engrave coated metals such as powder coated stainless steel and anodized aluminum.
