Elora Laser Studio Official Contest Rules

1. Eligibility: This photo contest is open to residents of Canada only, 18 years of age and older.
2. Timing: The contest begins October 1, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. EST and ends December 31, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. EST.
3. How to Enter: To submit an entry, follow the steps below:
1. Take a photo that displays a product(s) from Elora Laser Studio and
2. Post the photo on Instagram* or Facebook*, and tag @eloralaserstudio in the photo or in the photo caption to receive 1 entry into the contest.
4. Limit: Each entrant may upload only 1 photo per item, per contest period.
5. Winner Determination: After the contest period, the winner will be selected by a random draw from among all the eligible submissions received during the contest period.
6. Prize: Winner will receive a coupon code worth $150.00 CAD to be used at Elora Laser Studio.
7. Winner Requirements: Potential Winners will be notified by @eloralaserstudio directly through Instagram or Facebook, dependent upon the social platform the winner used to enter the contest. Winner has 72 hours to respond after being notified as the winner. If winner does not respond, another winner will be selected and notified.
8. Elora Laser Studio’s Use of Submissions: For Entrants: By posting your photo and tagging @eloralaserstudio, you consent to give Elora Laser Studio license to use, reproduce, publish, and/or incorporate your submission(s) in whole or in part into other works in any form, media or technology, including for promotional or marketing purposes.

*To participate in this contest, you must have either an Instagram account or Facebook account. Instagram profiles must be public, Facebook posts must be public, so that your posts are viewable to @eloralaserstudio.
